Thank you for your interest in the Junior League of Memphis. The Junior League of Memphis (JLM) is open to all women who have an interest in voluntarism, a commitment to community service, and an interest in developing their potential to better serve the Memphis community.

To become a member (Prospective Provisional), you must be at least 23 years old by May 15, 2010, and either sponsored by a current Junior League member OR supply a letter of recommendation from an employer, colleague, family member or friend. The Provisional fee is $180.

General Course Information

The Provisional Course will consist of four large group meetings held on weeknights. The class size is limited so applications are accepted on a first-come, first- serve basis. In addition, there will be six small group meetings, led by the Provisional Advisors and will be held at night.

Sponsor Requirements (if applicable): The Provisional Sponsor must have completed one year as an active member in the JLM or must be a sustaining member, and she must be in good standing. Each application only requires one sponsor signature and JLM members may only sponsor one provisional in a calendar year. You will need your sponsor's name, member number, and phone number.
