Donation Refund Policy

If you change your mind about contributing to the Junior League of Memphis for any reason, the Junior League of Memphis is happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of contribution) within 15 days of the date on which you made the contribution.

To request a refund, call (901) 452-2151 or email contactus@jlmemphis.org. Refunds will be issued as either a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution or by Foundation check if the item was paid for with a check, money order, or cash.

Product Refund Policy

The Junior League of Memphis provides quality products and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all its products.  Products must be returned in original, unused condition. For example, clothing must not have been worn or washed.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable except in the event of overpayment. A member can choose to have an overpayment applied to future membership renewals or toward the purchase of Junior League of Memphis products.
