JLM Long-Range Plan:
The Long-Range Plan sets forth the Junior League of Memphis’s strategic plan for the next 3-5 years to accomplish our mission and vision. Developed by the Junior League of Memphis Board of Directors, the plan describes the overarching goal of JLM, its four main supporting goals, and the objectives and tactics developed to accomplish the supporting goals. The purpose of the Junior League of Memphis is to develop women as enduring community and civic leader to create lasting change in the Mid-South.
